Reference is made to the circular of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (the "Company") dated April 17, 2015. Unless the context otherwise requires, the expressions set out in this announcement have the same meaning to those as defined in the Circular.
Pursuant to the following expected timetable, the last day of dealing in the Shares on a cum-entitlement basis is Friday, July 24, 2015. Dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis shall commence on Monday, July 27, 2015. The expected timetable is subject to change, and any such change will be announced in a separate announcement by the Company as and when appropriate:
