The Provident Bank has named John Lopez, of Jersey City, NJ, banking center manager of its Newark branch located at 115 Ferry St. In this position, Lopez will lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals, as well as oversee daily branch operations.
'John's management capabilities and background will be advantageous to our team in Newark,' said Michael Petrucci, area manager, Provident Bank. 'We are excited to have him join The Provident Bank.'
Prior to joining Provident Bank, Lopez was a branch manager at Wells Fargo. He is a graduate of New Jersey City University with a BS in Business Administration.
