Prudential Mortgage Capital Company announced today that Trevor Tolbert joined the firm as a director responsible for originating multifamily and healthcare loans. Prudential Mortgage Capital Company is the commercial mortgage lending business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU).

Tolbert reports to Patrick Kempton, principal in originations, and is based out of the firm’s Arlington, Va. office.

Tolbert joins Prudential Mortgage Capital Company from the Richman Group where he was a senior vice president of origination. Prior to the Richman Group, Tolbert worked at Walker & Dunlop as an assistant vice president. He has more than a decade of commercial real estate industry experience and is also both FHA MAP and LEAN certified.
