PTTEP and DD announce CSR projects establish a healthcare service center and support education in Indonesian community

Mr. Titi Thongjen (right), General Manager of PTTEP's subsidiaries in Indonesia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Ahmad Juwaini (left), President Director of Dompet Dhuafa (DD), Indonesia's leading non-profit organization, to cooperate in two Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in Indonesia. The projects are in line with the company's policy to support and participate in the development of communities and society in all countries where we carry out exploration. The signing ceremony was recently held at Hotel Mulia in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Both parties will jointly establish a healthcare service center named Gerai Sehat PTTEP-Layanan Kesehatan Cuma-Cuma Dompet Dhuafa (PTTEP-LKC DD) to provide free-of-charge primary medical service to people in Rorotan village. Another CSR project is PTTEP-Beastudi Etos aimed at granting scholarships to students to study in three areas - engineering, geoscience and medical.
