Subject: Completion of acquisition of additional stakes in the Bongkot Project

Reference: Letter no. PTTEP 13061/00-0054/2018, dated 31 January 2018

Reference is made to PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP)'s Statement dated 31 January 2018 with respect to the signing of an Agreement for the Assignment and Transfer of the 22.2222% stake in the Bongkot Project, consisting of Blocks B15, B16 and B17 from Shell Integrated Gas Thailand Pte. Limited (Shell) and Block G12/48 from Thai Energy Company Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shell).

PTTEP wishes to announce that, on 21 June 2018, the conditions precedent to closing prescribed in the aforementioned agreement have been completed. As a result, PTTEP's stake in the Bongkot Project has effectively increased from 44.4445% to 66.6667% with incremental petroleum sales volume of approximately 35,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
