publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has acquired a modern fully leased office building in Mülheim an der Ruhr for its public AIF 'publity Performance Fund No. 6'. The almost 4,500 square metre property in the Pilgerstraße 2 is publity's 597th property. It was refurbished in 2004 and 2005 and is now wholly occupied by Europipe GmbH (a manufacturer of large pipes for pipelines and backed by large well-known German industrial companies as shareholders) on a long term lease.

Mülheim an der Ruhr (171,000 inhabitants) is one of the economically most stable and preferred areas within the Ruhr area, bordering directly with Essen and Duisburg.

The location of the newly acquired property enjoys a very good transport infrastructure thanks to the locality and connection to the A59, A42, A3 and A40 motorways and the main railway station being only 1.5 kilometres away.
