The publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) asset management team achieved a further lease success for the 22.500 sqm 'Am Boulevard' complex in Bielefeld. The property now shows a full rental capacity.

publity acquired the mixed-use building as its 541st portfolio property in June 2015. It was built between the years 2000 and 2004. The two building complex, erected 2000-2004, offers 9,000 sqm of office space and 13,500 sqm of commercial space, for eg. Catering or retail. As well as over 997 parking spaces. The main tenants are CEYONIQ Technology, APCOA Parking and Fitness First.

One of the newest tenants, an online marketing agency, 'Quality Traffic GmbH' has agreed a long term lease for an area of 1.000 sqm and 16 parking spaces until 2022. 'Comcave College GmbH' have also moved in as scheduled, after completion of reconstruction work to their 600 sqm rental area.

The property 'Am Boulevard' is in an excellent micro location situated in the northern part of the Bielefeld city centre shopping area next to train station. The neighbouring Cinemax Cinema and the Ishara Leisure Centre also providing for a lot of pedestrian traffic. Bielefeld with its 330,000 inhabitants and 30,000 students, is one of the most important and prosperous locations in East-Westphalia.
