ASX Announcement - Appendix 3Y Notice
An Appendix 3Y by Qube Holdings Limited (ACN 149 723 053) (ASX: QUB) (Qube) for Maurice James, Managing Director of Qube, is attached.
Qube advises that:
the delay in lodgment of the Appendix 3Y Notice was due to an internal administrative oversight of which Mr. James was not aware and which was not attributable to him. Upon being identified by Qube, the notice has been immediately lodged.
Qube's existing arrangements are considered adequate and the late lodgment of this particular Appendix 3Y notice was an isolated incident. Qube is mindful of its disclosure obligations under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2. The directors are also aware of their personal obligation involving Qube's securities.
