RANDON S.A. IMPLEMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES Please be informed that the consolidated net revenue of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações reached, in June 2015, R$ 255.8 million, a decrease of 15.5% as compared to that achieved in June 2014.
In the period January-June 2015, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$ 1.4 billion, a decrease of 26.3% as compared with the result achieved in the same period last year.
Total Gross Revenue (without eliminations and including taxes) reached R$ 350.7 million in June 2015, 15.6% up from that reached in June 2014. In the period January-June 2015, Gross Revenue totaled R$ 2.0 billion, a decrease of 31.0% when compared with the same period in the prior year.
