In a meeting of the Board of Directors held on this date, the Directors elected Hugo Eurico Irigoyen Ferreira to fill the position in the deliberative body and to hold the position of Vice-Chairman to complete the unified mandate of the Directors, up to the next Annual Ordinary Meeting, which will be held until the end of the month of April 2019.
Mr. Hugo Ferreira holds a degree in mechanical engineering and financial management has vast experience in companies in the automotive segment, where he has served as executive and director, including as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. He has participated in class entities as a member of Mercoparts and
of the Mercosur Council of Manufacturers of Auto parts. He is currently the representative
of Sindipeças, being the current Regional Director of the state of Santa Catarina, President
of the Automotive Chamber of FIESC and Counselor of the Economic Council of FIESC.
With the filling of the position, the Company's Board of Directors is again composed of five members, as follows: Chairman, Alexandre Randon; Vice Chairman, Hugo Eurico Irigoyen Ferreira; and, Directors, Ruy Lopes Filho, Pedro Ferro Neto and Derci Alcântara.
