One leader connected to both organizations is Daisy Lopez-Cid, the 2017 NAHREP President-Elect and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Premier Properties in Orlando, Fla. Lopez-Cid has been instrumental in the development of the NAHREP coaches program and the formation of new NAHREP chapters across the country.

At the conference, NAHREP released its annual State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, which shows that homeownership among Hispanics increased last year from 45.6% to 46%, while the overall rate of homeownership in the U.S. decreased to the lowest levels in almost 50 years. The growing number of Hispanic homeowners reflects the Hispanic community's significant economic influence and purchasing power.
'RE/MAX has a strong presence in many Hispanic communities across the country, and our agents are providing their clients with the high level of customer service RE/MAX is known for,' Reagan added.

In each of the past two years, RE/MAX agents held 61 spots in the annual NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agent rankings, nearly twice as many as any other real estate organization.
