ROSSI RESIDENCIAL S.A., a corporation with registered office at Avenida Major Sylvio Magalhães Padilha, n.º 5.200, 3.º e 4.º andares, Edifício Miami, Bloco C, Conjunto 31, Bairro Jardim Morumbi, CEP 05693-000, in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with articles of incorporation filed at the São Paulo State Registry of Commerce under Company Registry (NIRE) number 35.300.108.078, registered in the roll of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under number 61.065.751/0001-80, registered as a category 'A' public company at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil ('CVM') under code 01630-6 ('Company' or 'Rossi'), in compliance with Official Letter BM&FBOVESPA number 3380/2015-SAE of November 11, 2015 ('Letter'), presents the clarifications solicited by BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange ('BM&FBOVESPA') regarding atypical trading volumes.
To provide a better understanding of the consultation formulated and the clarifications provided by the Company, the full contents of the Letter were transcribed in Appendix I and the response of the Company is made in Appendix II hereto.
In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and with the best practice of corporate governance, the Company will keep its shareholders, investors and the market informed of any developments.

Ref: Request for clarification on the article published in the media
Dear Sirs,
An article published in the newspaper Valor Econômico on November 11, 2015 states, among other information, that:
the company did not launch any projects in 2015 and will not present any new projects in the first months of 2016;
the new scale estimated for the company is around R$1 billion in launches for 2017.
We have not identified such information in the documents submitted by the company via the Empresas.NET System. If this is not the case, please provide the document and pages that state said information and the date and time on which they were submitted.
Note that the company must release periodical, eventual and other information of interest to the market via the Empresas.NET System and ensure its broad and immediate disclosure and the equitable treatment of its investors and other market participants.
That said, we request your clarifications by November 12, 2015 of the abovementioned items, including your confirmation thereof or not, as well as any other information deemed relevant.
The file to be submitted must include the transcript of the contents of the above consultation before the company's response.
This request is made in connection with the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) and the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA) on December 13, 2011, and failure to comply may subject the company to a potential fine imposed by the Company Relations Superintendence of the CVM, in accordance with CVM Instruction 452/07.
