Sberbank broadens list of financed real estate objects on the primary market 20.01.2017, Moscow

January 19, 2017, Moscow - As part of the product "Buying Residential Property under Construction", Sberbank clients can now receive mortgages for apartments that are under construction.

Sberbank's current offers for new buildings apply to financing of apartment purchases. Interest rates for this product range from 11.5% to 13.0% per annum.

"We took into account demand for this type of real estate property, which comes from our clients as well as counterparties. We are glad that having launched this offer we will be able to satisfy a wider range of needs of the participants of the market," commented Nikolai Vasyov, Director of the Division for Partners and Mortgage Lending.

In addition, those who wish to buy apartments can take advantage of an additional discount of 0.5 pps for real estate purchases in specific Russian regions. This offer is valid until February 28, 2017, inclusively. Under this additional offer, interest rates range from 11.0% to 12.5%.

This is valid for the following regions: Moscow, the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg, the Leningrad, Kaliningrad, and Rostov Regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk, and Irkutsk Regions, the Republic of Yakutia, the Chukotka Autonomous District, and the Magadan, Khabarovsk, Amur, Primorsky, Kamchatsky, and Sakhalin Regions.
