Associated with the consolidation of Book Field Capital Co., Ltd., as of April 1, 2015, in an effort to promote self-origination of structured bonds, SBI SECURITIES discloses its financial results on a consolidated basis from the current fiscal year. However, in the previous fiscal year, SBI SECURITIES disclosed its financial results on a non-consolidated basis; therefore the amounts and the year-on-year changes for the financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2014 are not presented above.
Meanwhile the Company is scheduled to announce its consolidated financial results for the three months ended
June 30, 2015, on July 30, 2015.
