Notes:
1. Day of implementation of the toll free scheme for small passenger vehicles during May
2015: 3 days (May 2014: 3 days).
2. The toll of Yantian'ao Tunnel in Shenzhen has been cancelled since 1 February 2015, which had certain negative impact on the operational performance of Yanpai Expressway and Yanba Expressway.
3. Guangle Expressway (Guangzhou - Lechang) and Erguang Expressway Lianzhou to Huaiji section commenced operation in the end of September and December 2014 respectively, which had certain diversion effect on Qinglian Expressway. In addition, by the negative impact of the factors such as road network changes, the toll revenue of Wuhuang Expressway and Nanjing Third Bridge recorded a YOY decrease in May 2015.

The Board hereby reminds investors that the above operational statistics are based on the Group's internal records which are unaudited. Differences may arise between such statistics and the data to be disclosed in periodic reports due to completion of certain steps on sorting out the traffic volume and toll revenue data and confirming the results of sorting out such data, as well as operational statistics of certain project being recorded on the basis of estimation at the date of monthly settlement and disclosure under the circumstance of inter-network toll collection. Operational statistics in the announcement are only for investors' reference as phasic statistics, investors are advised to use such statistics cautiously.
