Election of a New Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHL Telemedicine

Tel Aviv/Zurich, 26 June 2017 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) ("SHL"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Mr. Xuewen Wu was unanimously elected by the Board to serve as SHL's Chairman of the Board of Directors.
