SHL announces election of a new Board Member

Tel Aviv / Zurich, May 24, 2018 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) ("SHL"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that based on SHL's articles of association SHL's Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Ms. Hava Shechter as a new Board Member, effective immediately, to serve until the next annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company.
