As per set in article 17 of the Section 228 of the Regulations (UE) nº 596/2014 on market abuse and article 228 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of October 23rd, and complementary regulations, the Company announces the following statement:
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. (hereinafter, "the Company"), in relation to the currently in force liquidity contract signed on July 10, 2017 with Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U., communicated to the Stock Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (hereinafter, "CNMV")) on July 10, 2017 through Significant Event number 254428, in accordance with section 2 letter b) of the Fourth Rule of the Circular 1/2017, of April 26, of the CNMV, reports on the transactions carried out during the third quarter of validity of the aforementioned contract (from January 1, 2018 until March 31, 2018, both included), identified in the following table:
