RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of SMI Culture & Travel Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. HUANG Zhengchao ("Mr. Huang") has resigned as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 February 2018 as he would like to devote more time to his other business commitments.

Mr. Huang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Huang for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
