SMI Culture & Travel Group Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the business of film investment. Together with subsidiaries, the Company operates business through three segments. The Film Investment segment is involved in the investment of film rights. The Ticketing System and Information Technology (IT) Technical Service segment is involved in the operation of ticketing platform and the provision of IT technical service. The Television Program Related Business segment is involved in the sale of editing rights and the editing of fictions. In addition, the Company is also engaged in the business of the online and film advertisements and the agency operation for films, directors, scriptwriters and artists.
