Rejection of the application for interim measures regarding the suspension of the effects of the OGMS Decision no. 2 from October 26 2017 (File No. 42484/3/2017)

Referring to the information presented in the current report published on 21 November 2017, Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. wishes to inform the investors that, on 6 December 2017, the Bucharest Court rejected the application for suspension of the effects of the OGMS decision dated 26 October 2017 through an emergency injunction (File No. 42484/3/2017) on items 4 and 5 on the agenda, filled by Mr. Stanciu Răzvan, as groundless.

The deadline for filing the appeal was 12 December 2017. On 16 January 2018 Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. has entered into possession of the Bucharest Court's certified decision according to which the decision of rejecting the application is final due to fail to file an appeal.
