CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Dr Trudy Schoolenberg has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Accsys Technologies PLC effectivefrom 1st April 2018.

The Board is satisfied that DrSchoolenberg's appointment with Accsys Technologies PLC complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2016.
