State Bank of India : TVK to acquire remaining 74% of power plant

Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Co has signed a share purchase agreement with North Hungarian Electricity Supply for the acquisition of 74% share in TVK-ERŐM�° Termel�? �©s Szolgáltató Kft (TVK Power Plant Production and Service Ltd) currently owned by �?MÁSZ. After the transaction, TVK will hold 100% of the TVK-ERŐM�°, which plays a key role in the energy supply of TVK. The transaction is in line with TVK's strategy to further improve its energy security.
