POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions of Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Based on the preliminary information currently available to the Group, the board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and the potential investors that the consolidated revenue and net profit of the Group for the twelve months ending 31 December 2017 are both expected to record a remarkable growth as compared to the same period of 2016. The significant growth in the consolidated net profit was mainly attributable to (a) the corresponding increase in gross profit resulting from the increase in delivery volume; and (b) effective control of expenses.

As the Company is still in the process of finalising the audited annual results for the twelve months ending 31 December 2017, the information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary estimate performed by the management of the Company based on currently available information, which is not based on any figure or information audited or reviewed by the auditors of Company. Details of the annual results of the Group will be disclosed in the 2017 annual results announcement which is expected to be released in March 2018.
