On October 27, 2016, SCA (STO:SCAA) (STO:SCAB) invited holders of bonds issued under the company’s EMTN-program to agree to a substitution of counterparty from SCA to SCA Hygiene AB and to waive certain conditions in connection with the contemplated distribution of SCA Hygiene AB to its shareholders. The meeting was held today where the offer and the request were approved.
