CEO Axel Konjack is leaving homegate.ch

Zurich, 24 May 2018 - The present CEO of homegate.ch, Axel Konjack, is handing over the management of the leading Swiss property platform in October and will be moving to Ringier as COO International Marketplaces.

Axel Konjack joined homegate.ch in 2015. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the city portal hamburg.de, in which Axel Springer has a majority holding. Between 2006 and 2010, the 48-year-old was the Managing Director of the property portal immonet.de, which also belongs to Axel Springer, and was among other things the manager of the Internet division at Axel Springer. Under the management of Axel Konjack, homegate.ch was able to continue to grow on the Swiss market over the last three years and expand its range of products both for business as well as private clients. In addition to functionalities and services, the takeover of immostreet.ch successfully completed by Axel Konjack also contributed to this growth.
