A conference of the employees of TATNEFT, which summed up the results of the Company's activities and fulfillment of the Collective Agreement for 2014 and outlined the tasks for the current year, was held in the city of Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan).
The annual event was attended by Nail Maganov, General Director of JSC TATNEFT, Shafagat Takhautdinov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the oil industry issues, Rinat Sabirov, Assistant to the President of Tatarstan, Mazit Salikhov, Head of Almetyevsk municipal district, heads of the Company's departments and subsidiaries, oil service companies of the Republic and representatives of regional, national and local media.
A report on the results of the TATNEFT activities in 2014 was delivered to the delegates of the conference by Nail Ibragimov, First Deputy General Director for Production - Chief Engineer of JSC TATNEFT.
The Company was successfully working on implementation of all current and strategic tasks during the past year, produced 26 million 222 thousand and 600 tons of oil, which was 115 thousand tons more than in 2013. The volume of collected associated petroleum gas amounted to 883.6 million cubic meters. The amount of 306.6 thousand tons of crude oil was produced outside the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation regions. Taking this into account the total volume of production for the TATNEFT Group of companies amounted to 26 million 529 thousand tons.
The Company continues working on the project to develop Ashalchinskoye extra-viscous oil field.
Much attention is paid to the development of approaches and technologies in the area of well workover and enhanced oil recovery (EOR). The technical component of the well workover and EOR is being improved.
Rational use of fuel and energy resources is also ensured by the activities under the current TATNEFT's resource saving program.
Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the TATNEFT's Trade Union Committee, presented to the audience the results of the JSC TATNEFT's Collective Agreement fulfillment in 2014 and the draft of the Collective Agreement for 2015. The efforts of the Company's active trade unionists were focused on close cooperation between the administration and the Trade Union Committee, as well as on cooperation with the local authorities on the principles of social partnership. In 2014, all the obligations stipulated in the Collective Agreement of the Company were completely fulfilled. The programs of voluntary health insurance and non-governmental pension provision were also fully implemented.
Nail Maganov, General Director of JSC TATNEFT, addressed the participants of the conference with a closing speech. He pointed out that in general the last year had been fruitful and constructive for the Company. The Company started yielding of premium oil products, including diesel fuel, aviation kerosene and base oils. The tools of lean production and project and process management were being actively implemented in all the business structures with improvement of the production system.
Nail Maganov defined the strategic objectives of the Company at the present stage of development. First of all, it is fulfillment of the plans for crude oil production,  provided that the production should be with the lowest possible production costs owing to application of the whole complex of measures from   introduction of advanced technologies and energy efficiency to lean production and cost optimization and  overall improvement of the corporate management.  
 Implementation of further phases of the TANECO project  still  remains the key challenge. The near future plans include commissioning of the deep oil refining plant, complete cessation of producing mazut and the start of producing of high-quality motor oils and gasolines.
According to Nail Maganov, special attention this year will be focused on working with the products consumers, and the plans also provide for qualitative modification of the filling stations and improving the level of the services rendered.
The issues of technical revamping of the key productive assets, further improvement of the work organization and relationship with service companies will also remain the focus of attention.
The tire manufacturing complex enterprises have to be more responsive to market demands and pursue a flexible pricing policy with raw material suppliers and product consumers.
The objectives of the Company for 2015 also include further efficiency improvement of crude oil and gas production, transportation and refining processes; well drilling and workover; active application of innovative production management tools; implementation of measures aimed at further strengthening of the financial and economic condition of the Company, etc.
The labor productivity improvement program will be continued to ensure the necessary level of the employees' social security and implementation of the corporate social standards.
The conference delegates adopted the Collective Agreement for 2015, as changed and amended.
