The Xth Economic Summit of the Company's retail and marketing network (RSS) enterprises was held on May 14-15, 2015 at the premises of the "Yunost" health improvement Camp of NGDU "Almetyevneft" dedicated to improving the competitiveness in the today's petroleum products retail market.
The participants discussed the results and prospects of development of the TATNEFT's network of filling stations and the results of pilot projects implementation. There was also a youth conference held within the framework of the summit - a contest of projects on the subject: "Methods and forms of promoting TATNEFT's network of filling stations in social networks and mobile applications". The following reports were acknowledged the best: "Ways to improve customers loyalty in Vkontakte and Instagram social networks" by Oleg Kryukov, Head of Business Support Department of the OOO "Tatneft - AZS Center", Ulyanovsk branch; "The group development in the Vkontakte social network through the example of foreign stations" by Daria Kachur, specialist of OOO "Tatneft - AZS-Zapad"; "Additional services in the TATNEFT's network of filling stations and their promotion in the social networks" by Igor Mertvischev, equipment mechanical serviceman, and Nadezhda Mamayeva, filling station operator, Mari branch of OOO "Tatneft - AZS Center"; "Promotion of the TATNEFT's filling stations in mobile applications" by Alexei Ilyushkin, Office Head of the Personnel Management Department of "Tatneft - AZS Center" and "Content marketing, as the main form of online promotion of the TATNEFT's filling stations network" by Robert Usmanov, Department Head for retail and small wholesale realization, Kazan branch of OOO "Tatneft - AZS Center". All the participants of the youth conference, who had delivered reports, received promotional gifts. All the guests of the forum visited the TATNEFT's Museum of Oil at the end of the conference.
On the second day of the summit, Evgenii Korotin, Head of OOO "Competition Technologies Center", held a seminar on the technologies of development of loyalty programs and improvement of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
