Tatneft' imeni V D Shashina : Meeting of the JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" Shareholders Was Held

There was an annual meeting of shareholders held at JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod", which is part of the JSC TATNEFT's Petrochemical Complex. It was attended by Anwar Vakhitov, director of OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company, Elvira Dolotkazina, Deputy Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, Rinat Shayakhmetov, Executive Director of "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod", the Company's shareholders and their representatives.
The participants of the meeting approved the annual report and annual financial statements for 2014. The meeting elected a new Board of Directors composed of Anwar Vakhitov, Director of OOO "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company, Rinat Nurutdinov, Deputy Head of the JSC TATNEFT's Finance Department, Rinat Shayakhmetov, Executive Director of "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod", Rimaz Yamilov, Chief of New Structures Office of the TATNEFT's Property Department, Rustam Khisamov, Chief of Securities Office of the TATNEFT's Property Department and Rafat Kiyamov, Chief of the Operational Planning Office of "Tatneft-Neftekhim" Management Company. Damir Safiullin, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, was included into the Board of Directors of JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" as a State Representative based on the golden share of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" is one of the largest Russian enterprises for production of carbon black, which is one of major components in the manufacture of rubber attributing strength and durability properties to it. There are 385 persons employed in the Company today with 40 per cent of the workforce being young people and the average age of the employees comes to 49 years.
In 2014, JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" produced and sold 120.5 thousand tons of carbon black, with shipping 53.5 percent of the volume produced to the JSC TATNEFT's tire factories, while 28.5% of the volume produced were exported and 17.9% sold out within Russia. The range of products output in 2014 accounted for 14 grades of carbon black.
In 2014, the Company passed the recertification audit of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. The audit was carried out by ZAO "YuRS-RUS", which is the authorized representative of the United Registrar of Systems Ltd. certification company.
The Company continues to work on modernization of the production facilities, reconstruction and upgrading of the technological equipment and power utilities.
The Company's management monitors the issues of industrial safety, labor and environment protection on a continuous basis.
The major lines of the social program are included in the Collective Agreement of JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod". The obligations set out in the Collective Agreement for 2014 were fully implemented.
ZAO "BF-Audit" Company was approved as the Auditor of the Company. Rinat Nurutdinov, Deputy Head of the JSC TATNEFT's Finance Department, was elected as the JSC "Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod" Board of Directors Chairman at the Board of Directors meeting held after the shareholders' meeting.
