Tatneft' : Installation of the Large-Scale Equipment at the TANECO Complex

Erection of CDU/VDU-6 installation's preflash and atmospheric towers into the design position was carried out at the TANECO Complex.

The tower equipment for the TANECO Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex was made by JSC 'Volgogradneftemash'. The installation works are performed in a normal operation mode by OOO 'SOPiG', which is a reliable partner of TATNEFT Company and which has positively proven itself during rigging and mechanical assembly works in the first phase of the TANECO Complex construction.

Preflash and atmospheric towers are of the same 6 m diameter with the weight of the first and second facilities amounting to 111 tonnes and 355 tonnes, respectively, the height - 27.9 m and 60.6 m.

A 'Liebherr' crane with the carrying capacity of 750 tonnes and two auxiliary cranes of 300 tons each were used to bring up the towers from a horizontal to a vertical position and install on the pedestal. The rise of large-scale equipment was carried out under the works project developed and coordinated by the experts of the Construction Projects Implementation Department of PJSC TATNEFT and the installation contractor OOO 'SOPiG'.
