Notice Regarding the Relocation of Headquarters

T&D Holdings, Inc. (Kenji Nakagome, President), Taiyo Life Insurance Company (Katsuhide Tanaka, President) and Daido Life Insurance Company (Tetsuhiro Kida, President) of T&D Life Group hereby announce the relocation of their headquarters as follows.

1. Companies to be relocated

T&D Holdings, Taiyo Life and Daido Life's Tokyo Headquarters
Note: For Daido Life, there will be no changes in holding two headquarters in Osaka and Tokyo.

2. Destination

Name of Building : Tokyo Nihombashi Tower
Location : Nihonbashi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan

3. Relocation schedule

Between December 2015 and January 2016

4. Purpose of relocation

"Nihonbashi" is a traffic hub and one of the important business hubs in Tokyo. For T&D Life Group, it is also an area where Taiyo Life's headquarters and Daido Life's Tokyo headquarters were once located and where the Group was first formed. By relocating headquarters to "Tokyo Nihombashi Tower", a new landmark of Nihonbashi area, we aim to further enhance T&D Life Group's brand image.

5. Others


Changes on location of headquarters will be subject to approval of an amendment to articles of incorporation at the shareholders' meeting and acceptance of notification by the authorities concerned.
