Paris (France), 6 Novembre 2014 - Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH; OTCQX: TCLRY) has decided to initiate a legal action against Vector Capital before the French courts for the purpose of obtaining the termination of the Governance agreement that was entered into between the company and affiliates of Vector Capital in July 2012.
