Briarwood Chase Management LLC, acting on behalf of funds, has declared to the AMF that on April 5 it exceeded the thresholds of 15% and 20% of the capital and voting rights of Vantiva, and held 20.72% of the capital and voting rights of the former Technicolor.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of Vantiva shares. The declaring party specifies that it has no intention of taking control of the image technology company, nor does it intend to propose the appointment of a director.
