The collaboration establish win-win situation for both parties through several initiatives including service provisioning and customer loyalty programme 

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), Malaysia's leading integrated telecommunications service provider and Accor, the largest international hotel operator in Asia Pacific and Indonesia today inked a Collaborative Agreement which will see both parties to venture into various initiatives that will not only bring added values to both parties, but will also provide an enhanced experience for their respective customers. 

This strategic partnership will focus on mutual benefit cooperation of products and services, loyalty programmes, corporate collaborations, joint marketing and promotions, earned media value, as well as additional benefits for both parties' employees. 

Azizi A. Hadi, Executive Vice President, SME, TM and Izlyn Ramli, Vice President, Group Brand and Communication, TM signed the Collaborative Agreement on behalf of TM, while Accor was represented by Gerard Guillouet, Chief Operating Officer of Accor Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore and Adi Satria, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution for Accor Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

The collaboration also covers the provisioning of TM's services to hotels under Accor, including Hospitality Entertainment Solution. It is the latest ICT and entertainment package from TM comprising In-Building Broadband Solution (IBS), TM's IPTV service - HyppTV, and a Call Centre service; powered by TM's high-speed broadband (HSBB) network connectivity.
