We wish to inform our customers that due to a system fault, some of you may be experiencing delays in completing your new subscription, installation and fault restoration appointments for UniFi, Streamyx and Telephone services scheduled for 20 and 21 June 2017.

We will be contacting the affected customers individually to facilitate your requests once we have res​​olved the technical issue at our end.

At the same time, we are expediting the resolution of the issue to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy seamless service delivery.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
