SURVEY ON OPERATOR AND DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE SERVICES BY MCMC ​

This is to inform that the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is launching the Domestic and International Operator Assistance Service (101) and Directory Assistance Service (103) Surveys. Canvassing period is from 15 October 2016 until 31 December 2016. Notification in major newspapers was published on 10 September 2016. Calls will be made to respondents selected at random from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily except on national and Selangor public holidays. Survey extensions will be announced in the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my, if required.

​Please note that the survey does NOT collect any money nor solicit any sales. MCMC has assured that personal data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national statistics. While the survey is not compulsory, we would like to strongly urge our customers to give the fullest co-operation if selected.
