The main duty of a DareTrainee is to challenge the organization in every aspect of the business. For instance, giving new points of view, question our ways of working, etc. This is exactly what I am doing in my strategic project about how our customers experience our services. Traditionally, a Telco was just a provider of telecommunication with a weak focus on customers' satisfaction. However, Telia has turned around this idea and we are aiming to provide our customers with a best-in-class experience on their terms. To reach this goal, I am acting as a customer ambassador at Telia, bringing in customers' insights to every step of our processes. Thus, we keep in mind that we are creating experiences for our customers through our products and services. This is a very fulfilling task since I can see how my actions have a positive impact on our customers.
