Telia Company AB Proposes Dividend for the Year 2023, Payable on April 17, 2024, August 6, 2024, November 5, 2024 and February 12, 2025

Telia Company AB (publ) announced for 2023, the board of directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share (SEK 2.00), totaling SEK 7.9 billion. The dividend should be split and distributed in four tranches of SEK 0.50 per share. First distribution: The board of directors proposes that the final day for trading in shares entitling shareholders to dividend be set for April 10, 2024, and that the first day of trading in shares excluding rights to dividend be set for April 11, 2024. The recommended record date at Euroclear Sweden for the right to receive dividend will be April 12, 2024. If the AGM votes to approve the Board's proposals, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden on April 17, 2024. Second distribution: The board of directors proposes that the final day for trading in shares entitling shareholders to dividend be set for July 30, 2024, and that the first day of trading in shares excluding rights to dividend be set for July 31, 2024. The recommended record date at Euroclear Sweden for the right to receive dividend will be August 1, 2024. If the AGM votes to approve the Board's proposals, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden on August 6, 2024. Third distribution: The board of directors proposes that the final day for trading in shares entitling shareholders to dividend be set for October 29, 2024, and that the first day of trading in shares excluding rights to dividend be set for October 30, 2024. The recommended record date at Euroclear Sweden for the right to receive dividend will be October 31, 2024. If the AGM votes to approve the Board's proposals, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden on November 5, 2024. Fourth distribution: The board of directors proposes that the final day for trading in shares entitling shareholders to dividend be set for February 5, 2025, and that the first day of trading in shares excluding rights to dividend be set for February 6, 2025. The recommended record date at Euroclear Sweden for the right to receive dividend will be February 7, 2025. If the AGM votes to approve the Board's proposals, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden on
February 12, 2025.
