The DareTrainees will enjoy a regular Telia Company employment. The trainees will be given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the industry, take part in innovation projects and interact with members of the Group Executive Management.
The DareTrainee program consists of three main parts:
• Get to know Telia Company and the industry:
• Grow professionally: For the whole 12-month trainee period, the trainees will have the opportunity to develop in projects that are closely related to their interests and to the tasks they will be working with in the future.
• DareTrainee Innovation gives the chance to put knowledge into practice in sharp cutting-edge innovation projects together with fellow DareTrainees.
