Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), your test partner from R&D to production, will showcase several new test solutions in booth #5768 at SEMICON West in San Francisco July 14-16. This year we highlight two new extensions: the LCD Driver solution for the J750Ex-HD and the SOC TIU (Tester Interface Unit) for the UltraFLEX test system.

Teradyne’s LCD Driver solution extends the J750Ex-HD test coverage for the mobile display driver test market. The LCD Driver solution is a focused instrument that provides improved cost-of-test economics compared to competitive systems for Display Drivers (DDI) and emerging Touch Display Driver Integration devices (TDDI).

The SOC TIU’s innovative design simplifies high site count solutions by grouping tester resources and segmenting DIBs into multiple exact copies, enabling customers using the SOC TIU for the UltraFLEX to be able to fully utilize tester resources and simplify interface designs.

Additionally, we will showcase the previously introduced J750-LitePoint solution which incorporates LitePoint's low-cost IQseries and zSeries RF instrumentation to address the technical and economic challenges of testing wireless connectivity and other RF SOC devices.

Also be sure to catch LitePoint President Brad Robbins in the Test Vision 2020 panel “"What Does RF Test Look Like in Five Years?” Teradyne is also a platinum sponsor of Test Vision 2020, a focused ATE workshop that runs is conjunction to SEMICON West.
