Terna: 2018 calendar of corporate events

TERNA S.p.A. ('Terna') in order to facilitate the activity of financial-market operators, announces its 2018 financial calendar for the examination of the Company's accounts by the Board of Directors:
- 20 February 2018: preliminary consolidated results for 2017;
- 21 March 2018: Terna Group Consolidated Financial Statements, draft separate financial statement of Terna at 31 December 2017 and proposed allocation of income;
- 09 May 2018: interim report at 31 March 2018;
- 25 July 2018: interim financial report at 30 June 2018;
- 09 November 2018: interim report at 30 September 2018.
Alongside disclosure of the 2018 half-yearly financial report and interim reports, specific conference calls will be set up to present the accounting figures to financial analysts and institutional investors.

A specific meeting is also scheduled with the financial community and the media with the disclosure of the financial statement results for the year 2017, on 22 March 2018, for the presentation of the Company strategies.

The Shareholders' Meeting called to approve TERNA's financial statements as of 31 December 2017, as well as the allocation of income, has been scheduled in the following period, in single call: 30 April 2018 - 28 May 2018.

The payment of ordinary dividends for 2018, also bearing in mind the time frame for the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial statements, will occur as follows:

- 20 June 2018: payment of final dividend for 2017, with ex-dividend date falling on 18 June 2018 (record date pursuant to art.83-terdecies of Legislative Decree no. 58 dated 24 February 1998, known as the 'CLF': 19 June 2018);
- 21 November 2018: payment of interim dividend for 2018, with ex-dividend date falling on 19 November 2018 (record date pursuant to art.83-terdecies of Legislative Decree no. 58 dated 24 February 1998, known as the 'CLF': 20 November 2018).

The market will be provided with prompt notice of any changes to the above.

Pursuant to art. 82 ter of the CONSOB Issuers Regulation as amended by the CONSOB Resolution no. 19770 of 26 October 2016, we inform you that, as in the past, in 2018 Terna will publish - following resolution by the Board of Directors - the consolidated results at 31 March and 30 September of each financial year contained in the dedicated interim reports which ensure the compliance and correctness of the additional periodic financial information provided to the public and the comparability of the relative information with the corresponding data in the interim reports previously disclosed to the public.

The relative data will be approved and disclosed on a voluntary basis following Terna's annual calendar communicated to the market and without prejudice to any provisions otherwise applied by current legislation. The documentation will be made available within the terms previously established and consequently within forty-five days of the end of the relative quarter, at the Company's headquarters, on the Company website (www.terna.it), at Borsa Italiana (www.borsaitaliana.it) and from the authorised storage system '1Info' (www.1info.it). Disclosure regarding filing will be issued.
