The Hackett Group's HCM Best Practice Advisory Program, Research, Metrics, and Tools to Be Available to Companies Using ADP Enterprise HR, ADP Vantage HCM, and ADP Workforce Now

MIAMI & LONDON, May 30, 2018 - The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) and ADP® (NASDAQ: ADP) have announced a further expansion to their strategic alliance that will offer large companies (those with 1000+ employees) using ADP Enterprise HR®, ADP Vantage HCM®, and ADP Workforce Now® access to The Hackett Group's advisors, best practices, metrics, research, and tools. These offerings are aimed at helping large organizations improve human capital management (HCM) performance, the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR operations and strategic impact to help drive enterprise results.

The Hackett Group's advisory services programs offer HCM best practices, research, process benchmark metrics, process flows, and playbooks aligned to the modules and capabilities of each specific technology offering. The intellectual property from The Hackett Group assists clients as they make configuration decisions and related transformation efforts.

PS Logistics, a full-service transportation company with more than 2,000 flatbed assets, is one client that has benefitted from the combination of ADP Vantage HCM® and The Hackett Group's insights. According to Kimberly Daigle, Vice President of Human Resources, at PS Logistics, 'Before we implemented ADP Vantage HCM, we had 25 different systems that all housed HR information. Even the systems we had implemented into our business couldn't cross-relate personnel files. As you'd imagine, this created significant difficulties for us to manage the workforce in a centralized fashion. When we decided to go with ADP Vantage HCM, we knew we wanted to clean all of that up. And we needed help to accomplish this.'

'I use the best practices program to get answers to specific questions,' explained Daigle. 'I usually start by using The Hackett Group's dashboard for guidance… The best practices program has sped up the decision-making process by improving the confidence we have in the data…The best practices program has also given me a more trusted seat at the leadership table.'

'I would highly recommend leveraging ADP Vantage HCM and The Hackett Group's best practices as assets to bring into your business,' said Daigle.

According to Harry Osle, The Hackett Group Global HR Advisory Practice leader. 'It's wonderful to see how PS Logistics is relying on ADP Vantage HCM in combination with The Hackett Group's unique intellectual property to streamline their HR operations, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and drive towards world-class performance.

'Our research consistently shows that technology alone is not enough,' said Osle. 'But a real paradigm shift is possible when customers combine a strong HCM technology offering like ADP's with a commitment to process excellence, driven by The Hackett Group's best practices, research, process benchmark metrics, process flows, and implementation playbooks aligned to the modules and capabilities of the software.'

'With the expansion of our relationship, our intellectual property is now available via three of ADP's most popular platforms - ADP Vantage HCM, ADP Enterprise HR, and ADP Workforce Now,' explained Osle. 'We believe that customers of these HCM platforms who have the Hackett Best Practice program will find tremendous value in this partnership, just as PS Logistics has.'

'HR leaders of today are often being asked to engage in strategic decisions for their organizations and do more with fewer resources,' said Debbie Dyson, president of ADP National Account Services and Client Experience at ADP. 'We're helping clients meet this challenge by offering the expertise of ADP's dedicated service teams and The Hackett Group's best practices to help them better utilize their technology, people, and processes. We're delighted to be the first HCM software provider to offer The Hackett Group's unique insight and to expand our relationship to offer more of our client base access to the best practices, benchmarking tools, and research data that Hackett provides.'
