COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF NINE PROPERTIESThe Board of the Manager announces that Completion of disposal of the Nine Properties (as defined below) took place on 31 May 2016.
Reference is made to the two announcements of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link) dated 31 March 2016 and 11 April 2016 (collectively, the Announcements) regarding disposal of, respectively,
(1) the Shek Yam Property and the Wan Tau Tong Property as described in Link's announcement dated 31 March 2016; and (2) the Hing Man Property, the Kam Ying Property, the Mei Chung Property, the Po Nga Property, the Po Tin Property, the Tin Ma Property and the Yan Shing Property as described in Link's announcement dated 11 April 2016 (collectively, the Nine Properties). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of the Manager announces that Completion of disposal of the Nine Properties took place pursuant to the terms of their respective Accepted Tender Documents on 31 May 2016.
