Horsley will serve on CTIA's 31-member board of directors through the end of 2015. CTIA announced its election results earlier this month at Super Mobility Week in Las Vegas. Based in Washington, D.C., CTIA-The Wireless Association® is an international nonprofit membership organization that has represented the wireless communications industry since 1984. Members include wireless carriers, suppliers, and manufacturers of wireless voice and data services and products.

In addition to serving on the CTIA board, Horsley serves as a member of CCA's board of directors. CCA is another industry organization that works to educate policymakers on the key issues that affect the wireless industry. Horsley was named president and CEO of SouthernLINC Wireless in August 2011. He concurrently serves in the same capacity for Southern Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of SouthernLINC Wireless.
