Proposed Change of Directors

Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors held today decided to submit the proposal to the 105th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, requesting for the official approval therefrom. The proposal addresses the change as set out below regarding Directors, and the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting is scheduled to be held on June 29, 2017.

      • Mr. Shigeo Kashiwagi will resign from office at the conclusion of the 105th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

      • Messrs. Masato Okajima, Mitsuhiro Yasuda, and Keisuke Inoue are during their terms of office as Audit and Supervisory Committee Directors.
