At his own request, Gilles Despas is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer at Holiday Check AG - a subsidiary of TOMORROW FOCUS AG - after roughly three years in the post. Anja Keckeisen, Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of HolidayCheck AG, will take over his duties with immediate effect.

A new CEO with overall responsibility for the company will be appointed in the second half of 2015 as TOMORROW FOCUS AG pushes ahead with a realignment strategy that will see it emerge as a travel group centred on popular and successful brands such as HolidayCheck and Zoover.

Gilles Despas thanked the owners of HolidayCheck AG for their trust and support over the last three years: 'I have enjoyed every moment of my time as CEO and wish all the staff and my colleagues the very best for the future.'

Dr Dirk Schmelzer spoke on behalf of the Board of Directors at HolidayCheck AG: 'I would like to say a big thank you to Gilles Despas for all his work and the substantial contribution he has made to the company's development. I wish him every success in his future career.'
