Tomorrow Focus AG announced consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported EUR 28.8 million, revenue was up 5.5% on the total of EUR 27.3 million recorded for the same period in 2014. At EUR 3.1 million, Group operating EBITDA from continuing operations was 49.8% lower compared with EUR 6.2 million in the same quarter of 2014. Group operating EBIT from continuing operations was down 65.4% from EUR 4.7 million in 2014 to EUR 1.6 million. Group operating LBT from continuing operations was EUR 1.2 million against group operating EBT from continuing operations EUR 3.9 million a year ago. Group earnings after taxes from continuing operations in the third quarter declined from EUR 3.3 million in 2014 to EUR 0.2 million in the current financial year. Group earnings after taxes were EUR 1.1 million against loss after taxes of EUR 5.9 million a year ago. Earnings per share for the entire group's operations were EUR 0.02 against loss per share of EUR 0.10 a year ago.

For the nine months, revenue rose to EUR 83.5 million from EUR 80.2 million in the same period of 2014, a rise of 4.1%. Group operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (group operating EBITDA) from continuing operations stood at EUR 7.2 million, down 54.7% on the previous year's nine-month total of EUR 15.9 million. Group operating earnings before interest and taxes (goup EBIT) from continuing operations stood at EUR 2.5 million down 78.6% compared with EUR 11.5 million in the same period of the previous year. Group operating earnings before taxes (Group EBT) from continuing operations stood at EUR 1.3 million, down 83.8% compared with EUR 8.3 million in the same period of 2014. Group loss after taxes from continuing operations ended at EUR 2.8 million compared with group earnings after taxes from continuing operations of EUR 7.0 million in the same period of 2014. Group earnings after taxes stood at EUR 15.4 million against loss after taxes of EUR 6.6 million a year ago. Earnings per share for all the group's operations stood at EUR 0.26 compared with loss per share of EUR 0.11 in the same period of 2014.

The company announced that with regard to the group's continuing operations in the current financial year 2015 as a whole, it aims to generate percentage revenue growth in the mid to high single digits compared with total consolidated revenue for 2014 of EUR 100.1 million. Its objective for group operating EBITDA is to at least reach the break-even point.
