TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION Toyota would like to extend its sincere sympathy and condolences to those affected by the earthquakes that took place in Mexico.
To help ease the situation and contribute to the recovery efforts, Toyota, Toyota Financial Services and its dealers will donate approximately $500,000 USD in total (equivalent to approximately 55,000,000 Japanese Yen).
The donation includes $400,000 USD earmarked for the Mexican Red Cross 'Cruz Roja Mexicana', and five Hilux trucks, valued at approximately $100,000 USD. The Hilux trucks will be donated to civil protection and rescue institutions from each affected Mexican state (Oaxaca, Chiapas, Puebla, Morelos) and Mexico City.
