VERIANOS successfully completes the capital increase

Frankfurt am Main, November 27, 2017 - VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48) successfully completed today the capital increase that was agreed upon on November 16, 2017 by the Supervisory Board. A total of 1,025,000 new registered shares have been placed via private placement amongst selected investors. The transaction was significantly oversubscribed.

In the course of the capital raise, VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft increased its capital stock from EUR 10,350,000.00 to EUR 11,375,000.00 (+EUR 1,025,000.00) against cash contributions, excluding existing shareholders' subscription rights.

This transaction resulted in gross issuing proceeds of over EUR 1.6 million for VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft. The revenue will be used to finance the further internal and external growth of the VERIANOS Group. From January 1, 2018 onwards the new shares will be entitled to a proportionate stake in profits. As soon as the capital increase is registered in the Commercial Register, the new shares will be included in the existing listing in the Basic Board segment of Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
