Vibrant Group Limited (the Company) refers to its announcements on 21 August 2014, 29 August 2014 and 10
September 2014 in respect of the application of the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the Scheme) to the first and final dividend of 0.55 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2014 (the Dividends).
The Company wishes to announce that the last time and date for the submission of the Notice of Election is on
29 September 2014 at 5.00 p.m.
The Company would like to remind Shareholders that Notices of Election which are incomplete, improperly completed or illegible, or which are received after 5.00 p.m. on 29 September 2014 will not be effective to participate in the Scheme for the Dividend.
Eligible shareholders who do not elect to participate in the Scheme and overseas Shareholders who have not provided registered addresses in Singapore to the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services or The Central Depository (Pte) Limited, as the case may be, will receive the Dividend in cash.
